KTM UK is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

  • information about driving licences held

Users may navigate the site anonymously but will not be able to access all the functions of the website, including the KTM Places Challenge.

  • For the purposes of the KTM Places Challenge we require the information to confirm you meet the qualifying Terms & Conditions of the competition.

  • You have the option to opt out of receiving our newsletter when registering however doing so will limit KTM UK’s ability to inform you of results should you decide to take part in the KTM Places Challenge.
  • For the purposes of the KTM Places Challenge the newsletter will include details on your progress through the competition.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

KTM operates in many countries in the world. When you submit personal information to KTM UK through www.ktmplaces.co.uk, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which KTM and its affiliates and subsidiaries maintain offices.
